Syrainfotek., and its affiliated entities around the world (collectively “Syrainfotek”, “we”, or “us”), is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy details certain policies implemented throughout our company governing Syrainfotek’s use of personal information about:

Syrainfotek uses the information Syrainfotek receives through our clients’ use of the Services to provide our Services to our clients under their direction and instruction.

We will not rent or sell your personal information to any company or organization. We may provide your personal information to our subsidiaries and affiliates. We may provide your personal information to vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us in providing our Services to our clients, or to assist us in verifying your eligibility for employment with Syrainfotek. Limiting the Use of Personal Information Collected Through the Site and Services

You can limit our use of personal information collected through our Site by following the instructions at the bottom of each email we send you. You can limit our use of personal information that we obtain via our Services by managing your account at the respective client with whom you interact.

Reviewing, Correcting and Deleting Personal Information Collected Through the Site

Syrainfotek provides you with the ability to review, correct, and delete your personal information that we have received if it is inaccurate or you wish us to delete it; provided, however, that Syrainfotek will retain a copy in its files of all personal information, even if corrected, necessary to resolve disputes. Syrainfotek retains personal information you submit through our Site for up to 4 years in connection with regulatory, tax, insurance or other requirements in the places in which it operates. Special Information for EU Users

Beginning May 25, 2018, the processing of personal data of users in the European Union is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). This section provides information as relates to EU users' rights, and Syrainfotek's responsibilities, under this regulation.

1. EU User Rights

If you are a Syrainfotek user in the EU, you have the following rights with respect to Syrainfotek's handling of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please see below. Users outside the EU may also request explanation, correction, deletion or copies of their personal data, as described above in this Privacy Policy.

Explanation and copies of your data
  • You have the right to request an explanation of the information that Syrainfotek has about you and how Syrainfotek uses that information.
  • You also have the right to receive a copy of the information that Syrainfotek collects about you if collected on the basis of consent or because Syrainfotek requires the information to provide the services that you request.
Correction

2. Grounds for Processing

The GDPR requires that companies processing the personal information of EU users do so on the basis of specific legal grounds. As described below, Syrainfotek processes the information of EU users based on one or more of the grounds specified under the GDPR:

  • The processing is necessary for Syrainfotek's legitimate interests
  • Syrainfotek collects and uses personal information to the extent necessary for its legitimate interests. This includes collecting and using information:

Security

We employ procedural and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Syrainfotek uses Transport Layer Security, firewalls, password protection and takes other physical and logical security measures and places internal restrictions on who within Syrainfotek may access your data to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information. Our security is annually audited by a third party, under the ISO27001:2013 standard and additionally to comply with the PCI-DSS version 3.2 for specific client Services.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Site or portions of it using your user name, password or other security information. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Children’s Privacy

Syrainfotek recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Due to the Internet’s rapidly evolving nature, Syrainfotek may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, Syrainfotek will post a notice of the change and the updated Privacy Policy on our Site located at https://www.syrainfotek.com/privacy-policy. We may also send registered visitors of the Site e-mail notifications notifying such visitors of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
